Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form and what we need to run and secure the Site. We don’t use analytics or ad trackers, and we don’t sell personal information.
1. Who we are
Verifre (“Verifre,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds, and runs custom CRMs and custom software for businesses, including internal tools, automations, integrations, client portals, and AI agents.
This policy explains what information we collect through our public website at verifre.com (the “Site”) and through the client sign-in area, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers:
- visitors to the Site;
- people who contact us through the Site, including the Talk to Sales form; and
- client users who sign in to systems we host at verifre.com.
It does not govern the information our business clients put into the CRMs and software we build for them. That information belongs to the client and is handled under the client’s agreement with us. See Information in client systems below.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the Talk to Sales form, we collect your first and last name, work email, phone number (optional), company, team size, and anything you write in the details box. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use your IP address to limit how often a form can be submitted, which protects the Site from abuse.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check. Turnstile processes your IP address and signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
Client sign-in
If you are a client user, we process your username, password (stored only as a secure hash), and two-factor authentication details to sign you in. For security, we keep a short record of sign-in attempts, including the time, outcome, IP address, and browser information.
What we do not do
The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and talk with you about our services;
- provide, operate, and secure the Site and client systems;
- authenticate client users and protect accounts;
- prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
- meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- improve our services.
If you contact us, we may follow up with information about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
7. Information in client systems
Our clients use the CRMs and software we build to store and manage their own business information. Depending on how a client configures its system, that can include contacts, notes, call and activity records, meetings, and files.
For that information, the client is the controller: it decides what is collected and why. Verifre processes it on the client’s behalf, following the client’s instructions and its agreement with us. If your information is in a system we run for one of our clients and you have a question or request about it, please contact that client directly. We will help the client respond as our agreement requires.
8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and account information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to keep a record of our business communications, unless the law requires or allows a longer period. Security logs are kept for a short period. Information in client systems is kept and deleted as the client’s agreement provides.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. These include encrypted connections, mandatory two-factor authentication for client sign-in, access controls, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
To make a request, contact us through verifre.com/contact. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it. For information in a client’s system, please contact that client first.
11. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
